NEET’s support

InnoVius initiated the common project with involvement of 5 countries following the model 4 + 1. The beneficiary countries were pointed due to regional principle and by economical income level. InnoVius  identified the specifics of NEET’s, developed Concept and negotiated the right Consortium. The preliminary Agreement was written and approved prior preparation of common project. The Concept of Youth Watch Centre responsible for additional training and social inclusion of youth with drop-off background and detailed protocol of activities became a professional spring for several other successful projects.

Activities:

• Identification and defining of project idea and developing of Concept with regard to each country involved;
• Establishing of international Consortium with focus on regional specifics;
• Creating, negotiating and signing of agreements based on national Regulations;
• Managing of project preparation phase and intermediating with project Consortium and different actors from Academia and private sector;
• Changing management.
